ACON does a wonderful job in the Illawarra. Its employees are dedicated, professional and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you and if they can't they will point you in the direction of someone who can.

Sandra is thorough and a very experienced documentary filmmaker. She pays attention to your needs and then comes up with a solution which is within your budget - and explains everything very clearly.

Amy used to be at M Hair, and her work is amazing. She fitted my son's girlfriend in at the last minute and the service was excellent! She is an amazing colourist and her new salon is superb. The decor is still a work in progress, I think - but it is nevertheless stylish and fun.

We went on a very busy day for a farewell lunch for our son. Even though we were pressed for time, the staff were lovely and the service was excellent. The food was good, and we were treated like VIPs - even though the restaurant was pretty full.

My side order of vegetables and chips arrived 20 minutes after my main. For dessert I ordered a cocktail - and smiled as I said that I wanted it at the same time as everyone else, please. You guessed it! It arrived over half an hour after everyone else had finished their dessert and coffee!

I was a telstra customer for over 10 years. Telstra changed my plan without warning me (I had been on a capped plan for 6 years), and claimed they were entitled to do that if they wanted to. All of a sudden, they charged me three times what I had been paying! They said it was a "more suitable plan!!!!! but it was very clear exactly who it was more suitable for! Suffice it to say, I am no longer with them.

I bought a phone card called "talking cow" for phoning overseas. When I tried to use it, I was told that my "credit had expired" because I had not used the card in 90 days (which is not written anywhere on the card) - I actually had over $40 credit on the card. They refused to allow me to use the card, or to refund the credit. What ripoff merchants these guys are!

I have been going to Fred Apolloni for many years now, and he has always been excellent. He has asked the right questions, encouraged me to keep my records in a way which help him, and he has always managed to list everything that I am entitled to, and maximise my tax return.

I was really disappointed with my family's experience with this eatery. I had heard some good things, but when we went, the service was slow, the food was cold and wrong and served so far apart that two of the party had finished theirs before the rest arrived. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The portions are far too small and the vegetables are extra! The woman who served us was not the most polite, either!

The food here is home-style cooking and it is wonderful. I LOVE the wholesome dishes and the price and value is amazing. The service could be a little less brusque, but it is balanced by the first class value-for-money food.
