I am thrilled with the college haircut Danielle provided under the supervision of Courtney at the Loft Hair Salon. It began with a hair rinse and scalp massage, before the hair was meticulously clipped and scissor-cut. Danielle was very careful in her work and the results reflect this. I would happily visit again!

Two out of three genuine leather and wood office chairs arrived damaged and late (one went missing in transit) but, when I contacted Toll IPEC's customer service team, they told me to send photos and ask the sender to make a claim back in mid-December. Two months later the sender failed to make a claim and Toll avoided its duty of care by saying it is not liable for damage suffered in transit and the case was closed. I spent hundreds of dollars on freight and thought Toll would stand by its promise to deliver outstanding logistics solutions but, at the end of the day, the company failed miserably.

Mark of SuperSavingsOnline (also known as Crazy Sales) has an eBay store physically based in Glenroy, Victoria and I bought three leather office chairs from him on 28 November 2019. One of the chairs went missing in transit for several weeks and, when it arrived, I discovered two of the chairs were damaged in multiple places. I wanted Mark to offer a partial refund and recover his losses through making a claim with Toll Inpec but he low balled me with his offer. He repeatedly failed to make a claim and tried to push me into returning the items or accepting replacement items instead. I escalated the matter with eBay but Mark refused to give a partial refund. I also escalated the matter with Paypal but he again refused to give a partial refund. In the end Paypal said I have to return the items at my cost (hundreds for freight alone) and I would not be reimbursed anything for return shipping. I am very disappointed about losing hundreds because Toll damaged my goods and Mark wouldn't make a claim. I left him with negative feedback and will never shop with him, SuperSavingsOnline or Crazy Sales again.
