Pricing on insurances is very competitive and affordable. Customer Service is very good, customer service representatives are very nice and helpful. Just make sure you read the fine print in your cover as it is imperative and there are some things you need to be aware of before going with them.

Not only got a great price for my Corolla, but I recently had an accident and rang the claims number. I spoke to a guy named Lance and he was excellent (very friendly and helpful) Claim was sorted within a couple of days!! Fantastic service. Well done Youi.

After being with nrma for 7 years I was sick of their poor customer service. YOUI offered me exactly the same cover for $300 less, their service over the phone was fantastic and everything was sorted out in 5 minutes....wouldn't go to anyone else!!!! Recommended it to all my family members!!!

try making a claim. insured with youi because of the cheaper premium. had an accident with 2 other cars where i was sandwiched in the middle and they won't help me lodge a claim with the car who hit me from the back but will happily take the $600 excess for the car i hit at the front. will def not renew with these guys. STAY AWAY!

i am totally with Kaz - a cheaper premium is fine guys, UNTIL you have an accident!!!!

sure they're cheap but can you really afford to be without your car for 8-12 weeks whilst they have you obtaining your traffic history and jumping through hoops to just get a claim through. i did think they were good value, until i was car-less for 3 months post-accident. you've been warned...

PS: tried to change my "worst" to making a claim and due to poor policy and a million things to do BEFORE the claims process even started then no follow up to tell me how things were going - i had to call them every day AND being without my car for welll over 2 months, and a dodgy repairer was OKAYed to do the job and i still have issues with the repairs that they refuse to fix!!!

DO NOT DO IT!!!

guys i dont recommed youi at all, i dont no what car cover is like BUT i had a claim with house and contents and we have been throw heel and the claim has been 16 weeks and still going PEOPLE youi are cheap but you get what you pay for plus more no more.....
