WARNING, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER!!!i did an ONLINE QUOTE, it made me enter my number BEFORE giving me the final quote and then popped up with a message saying that someone would call me...still no quote. The next day I get 6 missed calls and it turns out to be Youi spaming me. once I put in their phone number, it turns out a lot of people online are saying the same thing. their hard sell technique and the deceptive way they got my phone number, means Ii will never look at them for insurance again.

Looked into this Company to see if in fact they are cheaper than others. I realised that i could save a bundle if i switched over. The service was fantastic and so helpful with all my questions and they make it so easy to join up. Recommend others to have a look cause you can save a heap off insurance

I changed to Youi for my car insurance, as I wanted to save some money. As I have Contents Insurance and my partner has his car insurance with them also, I saved heaps. I got a % off both my car insurance and contents insurance by linking them together. Plus the discounts you get for hardly using your car, and only driving short distances. The sales person that I have spoken to every time I have rang has been fantastic. I changed my house and car insurance to youi and I save around $500. These guys have been the best to deal with so far.

High pressure sales tactics. I went online to obtain a quote, entered my mobile number (with misgivings) - but it said it was solely for the purpose of giving me a code to retrieve the quote - and then, at the very end of the quoting process, no price was given, just a message that said, "answer your phone as someone is calling you NOW." Sigh. I should have ignored it, as it's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. The caller just wouldn't give up: although they couldn't match the other prices I had obtained (3 other quotes) or the agreed value, they insisted their policy was better - but wouldn't email the PDS so I could read it before deciding! The caller kept asking for my bank details. Really worrying that elderly and more vulnerable people may be pressured into policies they don't want by this company. Lesson learned: don't put your mobile number in, no matter what. Oh yeah, they sent me an email the next day, hassling too.

The good old say, "You get what you pay for", really applies in the case of insurance. We moved our home insurance to Youi from AAMI after receiving a quote from the Youi consultant that provided much greater coverage at a significantly lower price (approximately $500), we were really happy, I had read through their policy booklets and asked for additional details before we signed up for the policy, however when we needed to make a claim the things that were promised would be covered were not going to be covered, we had to fight to get anywhere and it wasn't until after we told them to shove it that someone listened to what we were saying and listened to the original voice recording and then admitted that we were correct but STILL would not resolve our issues, and we had to go through to the complaints department and it wasn't until we reached the point where I started talking about contacting the Insurance Council for advice that they dealt with our issues, we changed, our new provider is slightly more, but the service was amazing, and the quality is there... It really was just too good to be true

Saw the reviews on Womo and decided to give them a call since I was about to renew my husband's car insurance anyway. After a lengthy and thorough phone conversation with a pleasant staff member they offered me a premium that was considerably more than I was currently paying elsewhere but after "speaking with the manager" they competitively beat my current premium so I swapped to Youi on the spot. A $50 saving is nothing to be sneezed at!

Was calling around to find cheaper car insurance. I made one phonecall to youi and they had me sorted. Saved $400 on my comprehensive car insurance compared to aami, and changed it simply with one phonecall. Great service. Cheap

Shopping for Home and Contents Insurance was a nightmare until I called YOUI. I just wanted a quick quote but had to sacrifice a little more time, we went through everything but it was worth it, ended up saving $360. I managed to get the same cover, same excess for a much cheaper price.

I have since recommended several friends and family members, 4 people have switched to YOUI (that I know of).
