Recently got a new in Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick and started going to Yan Refael Hair And Beauty. I must say it's been ages since I have seen such excellent services, friendly staff, and fantastic work ethic. Friendly staff, always smile and do an wonderful job. Especially the apprentice, named Sara, he beautiful smile, and cheeky attitude make me wish that I had more hair so that I would go there more often ;)

I have now been a customer of Yan Refael Hair And Beauty for over a year. Ben & Yan are top professionals in their field. They guys are extremely creative, they have excellent taste and client understanding. Every time I leave an appointment, I am very, very happy and I always look fantastic and feel positive. And to add to they make the best coffee on Glen Huntly Road and give you the best head massage you can find. The Yan Refael Hair And Beauty is simply fantastic.

The service here is very personal . I feel that Yan and his staff really listen to what you want. I have been going to this salon now for close to a year and I've never been happier my colour and cut(coming from a very fussy customer ! ) It is reasonably priced and the wait time for an appointment is good.

Yan Rafael hair really is 5 stars great service great people. Yan is just so amazing, lovely and so passionate about what he does and it really is great to no that you can trust him with anything ive gone from blonde to copper red to browne to blonde and not once was i nervouse or come out dissapointed or unhappy. i highly recommend :)

I have had my hair cut and coloured by Yan for over 5 years. I no longer live in the area but travel back to get such great service! I have always loved his work and it's always a relaxing and welcoming environment. The lattes are an added bonus!

Yan and his team are warm and welcoming and always ensure that each appointment is an experience. Yan's enthusiasm and passion for what he does is second to none and although he is always busy he takes the time to listen make each client feel important. I would recommend him to everyone - from my young nieces to my grandparents :)

Lovely place to get pampered. The team is amazing and yan's head massage very impressive. he paid attention to what I wanted and took his time doing my hair. Efficient and not overly pretentious; highly recommended. xoxo

I've spent YEARS trying to find a great hairdresser who understands what I want and who can achieve it!! Finally found one at Yan's salon! I have been getting complimented on my hair from the moment I stepped out of the salon.

Not only are the staff friendly, the salon looks gorgeous and the service provided is impeccable.

I will most definitely be returning.

It is always stressful trying to find a new Hair Dressing Salon but... yey... I have found a great one.
I never write reviews but felt that I just had to. "Yan Refael Hair and Beauty" is a lovely modern Salon with amazing friendly staff.
Yan is intuitive and brilliant and has an exceptional eye for what cuts and colours will suit the shape of my face.
I never leave the salon unsatisfied and always look forward to my next visit.
Highly recommended!
