Yan saved me! I came in desperate to fix a shocking haircut..... Yan and his staff were amazing. The service was great, the atmosphere was pleasant and the haircut Yan gave me was SUPERB. I literally came out looking like a brand new person. He fixed my hair and understood me from the get go. I will definitely be going back to him and I recommend him to all.

First time at the salon...I was very impressed. The salon is lovely looking. The staff are very friendly and create a great atmosphere. Natalie cut and coloured my hair, and did a fantastic job. I couldn't fault it. The best experience I've had at a hair salon for a very long time.

Yan listened to what I wanted and explained what he was doing and why and didn't push colour (going grey gracefully..). A great cut and very reasonably priced. Very friendly and nice salon.

I walked in with hair extensions that i had left in for way too long. Yan, managed to remove them without cutting barely any of my real hair off! I was not expecting it to look so good but it did. This place place is great, they always look after me and have always been content with the service.

Experience was excellent, I wanted to take the plunge and go for a big chop and was looking for the best hairdresser that I could trust. After reading reviews from this site, decided to book an appointment with Yan. My hair was below shoulder length and I decided to cut it short e.g. Rihanna short. When I showed Yan a picture he knew exactly what I wanted. I took my mum as well as she was in need of a major trim. We both walked out very happy and will definately be back. I had pretty much given up on finding a decent hairdresser in Melbourne until now. Really friendly atmosphere and fantastic results to go with it. My hair is in recovery from going dark to light and they are such perfectionists I ended up with my Yan and Natalie at my hair to make sure they got it the perfect colour. I've got medium length hair and I had a half head of foils, toner, and a trim for $180!! A nice salon for when you have to sit around for 3 hours too! All up a great experience and i'll definitely be going back.

I was so happy with natalie today. I rang and asked for a haircut and i wasnt expecting to get an appointment straight away natalie was friendly and gave lots of tips and i walked out of their with a huge smile. Thank you so so much

My previous hairdresser is no longer available. I was frantically searching for someone to do my hair to the same standard when my friend had recommended me Yan. I will never look around anymore, my search is complete. Everyone was very friendly and Yan have done wonderful job with a twist. Today my colleges at work commented that this haircut made me looking much younger. I will always go to Yan in the future.
