We had Xquisite do a bi-monthly clean of a two-storey house which is quite big. We are not very demanding and did not expect contents of bookshelves or things on shelves to be moved, just a good general dust with more attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. The quality of cleaning is excellent but their dependability is not. It was an on-going problem trying to get a regular time and day even though we were long-standing customers (12months). Upon commenting on the issue, their response was to quit, by text, on the day of their scheduled clean. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

We booked Xquisit for a move-in clean of our new apartment and were very impressed. Rodney did a fantastic job - the oven is sparkling clean and the venetian blinds (which were very dusty) look brand new.
