The Physicians are amazing and actually care.

I would love to give a special shout out to Jenny and Ethan who make everyone feel appreciated and have THE best empathy and go above and beyond their position.

This practice refused to issue me a script for a single box for dosage (having no repeats) for a serious ongoing medical concern I have had for years, though the last one was 12 months ago. The doctors said a script was issued for a specific medication, when it was not, according to two different pharmacists I painstakingly went to within my pain/discomfort. When I went back to Westgate Medical Centre to ask for the correct script to enable the pharmacy to issue the correct medication, the practice refused saying it already issued it--falsifying/lying about what it had done. Avoid Westgate Medical Centre at all costs. Avoid, avoid, avoid. It would place your health in jeopardy through its unethical acts, defrauding you. Stay away for your own benefit.

I was able to get my exact medication from a different medical practice elsewhere easily, within 5 minutes after HANGING UP ON WESTGATE MEDICAL CENTRE -- having no problem at all. GO FIGURE.

Drs are very nice here but the receptionist are hands down rude and they keep getting more rude ones with every hiring ..outstanding , somebody with cough will have to sit in the car but kids don't sit in the car for the amount of waiting they have..so either take kid patients faster because they have very low tolerance and take pity on their mom's or let them come sit inside so we don't feel like we have been outcasted, feeling damn low with the way the receptionist said go sit in the car..damn

I wish I had different categories to review. My Doctor is fantastic (reason why I keep going back). However, the reception is appalling. Not very polite receptionists, impossible to reach the surgery by phone. I rang the surgery, was put on hold (as usual), got in my car, drove to the surgery and stood at the front desk (while the phone was still on hold). It should not be quicker to drive there just to get a simple question answered than to talk to someone on the phone. They know they have a problem with reception - they refuse to fix it.

Really rude receptionist, if you want to really waste your time ,come to Westgate medical centre.. you will get to hear change or cancel your appointment even after 40 minutes of waiting..the worst possible clinic...so they hire worst possible front desk and doctor

Doctors are good but one of the reception ladies name Michelle is really impatient and rude. overall the reception/front desk team is not very customer focused and customer friendly. They lack of proper training to work in the health industry.

Doctors are good but sick to death of waiting more than an hour past my appointment time every single time I come!!

the doctors here are so lovely. the man who owns it cares for his patients. they make time for their clients and help. sometimes wait time is a bit long.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Medical Centre. Very friendly, usually not a long wait with an appointment.

For urgent attention you can just go in and one of the doctors will see you.

I saw Dr John Fotakis for about 6 years when living in Hoppers and I cannot recommend him enough. Fabulous, patient man who really listens and recommends best cause of action for myself and family members.
