(I'm now 53) and can honestly say that I would rate this as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in any industry. Vince always seems to know which new frames will suit me (I wear both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses) and no matter how many I try on, I always end up with the first pair he handed me! They really go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and therefore remain a regular customer - and why wouldn't you? Absolutely unbeatable. Michael, the optometrist, is friendly and informative. He explains everything in precise detail and answers all of my questions with ease. He is also unfailingly patient and his explanations are easy to understand and well thought out. The sales staff were lovely, warm and approachable, and really took the time to help me choose suitable frames. I never felt hurried or pressured. I travel 45 minutes to get to Vince La Rocca and I will continue to do so - I wouldn't go anywhere else.
