My husband and I dine at Ginseng every Sunday night with friends. The food is sensational and certainly a little different from the average Chinese restaurants around. What also makes this restaurant stand out from the rest is their exceptional service. They treat everyone as if dining 5 star rather than at their local Chinese! It is wonderful that David, his family and terrific staff have raised the standards of dining in Frankston. Very few businesses these days seem to bother training staff on how to correctly interact with customers. David has perfected the art good customer service and it puts other restaurants to shame. I could go on and on about all our favourite dishes, but as we all have different tastes I suggest you try their glorious food for yourself. Anyone who didn't walk out of Ginseng completely happy with the food, service and value is impossible to please!!!

I have been a customer of Vince La Rocca and his excellent staff since Vince started business in Frankston many years ago. I have been wearing glasses since I was 8 y.o. (I'm now 53) and can honestly say that I would rate this as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in any industry. The staff are genuinely nice, helpful and friendly people, and they all know their trade exceptionally well . Vince always seems to know which new frames will suit me (I wear both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses) and no matter how many I try on, I always end up with the first pair he handed me! The staff are honest in their opinions and never rush you to make that all important decision. Nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase and therefore remain a regular customer - and why wouldn't you? A truly well run business which I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

A friend told me this nappy shop sells cheap good quality cleaning products. I went in to check their prices. I bought a 20kg bag of washing powder and 5 litres of fabric softener. Unfortunately my friend failed to mention the gorgeous baby clothing they have (she's not a grandmother yet). As I am a nanna to three (6mths, 2 and 4) and love buying them clothes, I went a little crazy. I got them two outfits each (sets and singles) and was gobsmacked at the prices for such nice quality clothing. The girl there told me they get new stuff in every few weeks. I am going to have to do a lot of laundry to try and use up the 20kg powder quickly so I have an excuse to go back. I took my husband with me to carry the washing powder last time. I will leave him home next time as he just doesn't get my babywear fetish!
