I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part for a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. They offered me a full refund and told me to dispose the incorrect part to saved me the return freight cost as I reside in WA and they are in Victoria. Most businesses would tell you it's your problem once you admit liability. It is great to deal with caring honest people. I have not disposed of it yet and will not allow kind people to be out of pocket on my account.

I purchased new filters for my vacuum after watching the very helpful u tube clip. Service and price were great. I have no worries about recommending vacuum spot .

You would not believe the odd things people said to me re replacement bags for my 20-yr-old Electrolux.
