I came hear only because my GP recommended it for a chiropractor (whom is great). My issues are only with the female receptionists. They are extremely rude, look me up and down when I walk in and give an awfully uncomfortable vibe every visit. They had lost my xrays that I left with reception to pass on to my chiropractor. When I questioned why he hasn’t received them, the women just shrugged her shoulders at both myself and my chiropractor. They could not have cared less. Four weeks later, the xrays randomly appeared with no explanation or apology. Terrible service!

As soon as I walked into the clinic one of the reception staff was eating, while I waited to be assisted.

Then I was taken into consultation room to meet the new doctor as my usual one has apparently transferred surgeries. I was asked all of two questions for a serious condition I have and given another script to take home. I'm extremely shocked with the little of care and attention I have received considering the situation. I was in the room for less than 5 mins and paid $80.

This centre offer lots of specialists, have also been very happy with chiropractic, physio & osteo. 6 stars!!!

Great doctors, very professional. Big clinic and you feel very relaxed by just sitting in the waiting room. The doctors are great and are very helpful. Couldn't tell you how good it acually is.

I was a patient of Dr Mary Ellaway here, and she is one of the most thorough GP's I have ever had. Tyack health not only has GP's, they also have physio, bowen therapy, massage, psychologists, and a really good weight loss program.

The actual centre looks like a resort. Gorgeous gardens and a really 'at home' feel.

If you're in the area and are wanting any of these services, this is the place to go!

This place is definitely overpriced. I have tried it for massage and chiro and find the staff to be 'snooty' and rude. The place is priced to be elitist and I am sure that the fancy decor entices a lot of people, but personally, the massage therapist spoke throughout my 'relaxation' massage, despite my requesting quiet. I certainly won't be returning.

dont do it. i had a very valuable necklace stolen from the premises on sunday. practice has been very difficult to deal with despite police involvement. denying wrong doing. not to be trusted.

This place is fantastic. I have been a couple of times now with my toddler daughter and all times I have been impressed with the Doctors, their level of knowledge on child health and how friendly and welcoming they are.

I had to visit recently for a check up and was amazed at how organised they were. I arrived and was informed straight away that the Dr was running behind time. This was a first for me. I have never been told this by any medical centre before so I was a little bit shocked and appreciated greatly the honesty.

They are sometimes hard to get appointments at but are open til 8 each weeknight so always do their best to fit you in when they can.

The whole centre has a very relaxing feel to it and you can tell the people that work their care about their patients. I felt this right from the welcoming faces at reception and then the Doctors.

They are not the cheapest and don't bulk bill but it is worth every cent and after the medicare rebate your only out of pocket about $30 for a standard consultation. They take the time to talk to you about what your problems are and do not rush to get you out the door and this is so important for me knowing I have my daughters health in their hands.

I visit them often for a range of things and i've never had a bad experience. I have seen doctors, chiro, physio and massage therapists.
