Super happy! Dr Cam is obviously very skilled at what he does. He is efficient and every outcome with him has been great. He is down to earth and has been very patient and caring following up with queries outside of appointment times. Brooke also very pleasant and helpful. Our dog is nervous and hard to examine, but Dr Cam has ways around this. Thank you.
They were quite pricy. Unfortunately you won't get the vet who you booked with. I booked an appointment with a specific vet, but somebody else showed up and that person pretended the vet. I wasn't sure she was a vet, a nurse or a receptionist, because she told me the false name and didn't have her name badge. It was very disappointing experience.

At the moment, like many other businesses we are experiencing a notable staff shortage - several of our veterinarians are required to home isolate to comply with COVID 19 public health orders and to play our part in the pandemic. These changes occur suddenly (often overnight and sometimes during the day - suddenly staff are required to immediately go home). When this occurs - our policy is to try our hardest to honour existing bookings. This is most likely the reason you did not see the veterinarian you booked in with. If you are able to provide me with more details, we will definitely be able to provide you with the name of the staff member who helped you and we can also confirm there position in the clinic (ie veterinarian or nurse). I can assure you all our staff come to work every day with the honest intention to help clients and their pets. They do not use fake names and there are no staff 'pretending' to be veterinarians - this would be un-ethical. I would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further in the hope we can clear up any mis-understandings and get back to what we all enjoy the most - helping pets. Dr Pam Gillis has been looking after our dog for many years and she is fantastic. We were really impressed with the brand new clinic at Tullamarine Animal Hospital. Dr Pam is a dedicated, honest and compassionate vet. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else and highly recommend this clinic.
