Appointment made by the office was unrealistic as the installer had an appointment an hour away and an hour after he was supposed to be an my house. Therefore work commenced four hours later than arranged. However, the installer was a very hard and constant worker and was very helpful with a power board problem prior to his arrival. He worked alone for most of the time (I believe this is illegal!). All seems to be quite satisfactory as far as I can tell and hope for a great result in my future power bills. All the staff were very pleasant people to deal with.

I researched the supply and install of solar panels for my double storey 4 bedroom home with 4 companies. I spoke with reps from all 4 companies. But TREAC was the only company to send a person in Chris McFarlane who could explain and advise me credibly and knowledgably regarding my needs sufficiently for me to make an educated and informed decision. I signed up for a 4kw system and inverter from them. The paperwork and installation were organised and completed painlessly 10 days later. The team of 3 installers were punctual and completed the job with timeliness and great care. I am very happy with my experience with the whole team at TREAC and I can certainly commend TREAC to anybody looking to install solar panels for their home. Keep up the good work.

As the solar have been installed but not linked into the grid I cannot tightly review the system but I can day that the installers did a great job we live in Ballarat, the installers came up one day to check the site out then came back the next day at 7:30am and worked all day and were finished by 7:30pm very impressed with there work ethic.

I had a 3KW Solar Panel system installed at my house. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process of the purchase and installation. From the word go the salesperson gave me all the information I required and there was no sales pressure to get the deal completed at the first meeting. The office kept in touch at every step of the pre and post installation. The inspector on completing the inspection commented that the installation falls in the category of the very good ones he has seen. The quality of the material used and the installation work I witnessed gave me a feeling that I was on to a good thing. I highly recommend TREAC.
