Initially I was hesitant of using toy universe for my Christmas layby because there aren't many reviews online and the store isn't all that well known. However, I bit the bullet and took the chance. I never phoned them but their online chat service was excellent. The payment service was efficient and prompt and I was able to pay my final payment in advance. In addition, I was also able to swap products part way through my layby without any drama. My order was delivered within the week that I made my last payment. All the products arrived and were in great knick. Toy universe is an excellent online store with online layby (one of the very few left) and I will definitely be using them again.
