They had cheapest quote, were local & established company . Daniel answered our questions and met our needs. Excellent service completed in 1 day, and Reece fully explained the workings of the system. All workmen were pleasant. System now working well which has a good moitoring system. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Total Solar Solutions (TSL) provided excellent service from the initial discussion with the sales rep through to installation of our solar power unit.
Following my initial research into both solar power and local installers (Melb), I obtained a number of quotes for a 5KW system.
I engaged TSL to undertake the installation as I was impressed with Daniel's (sales rep) knowledge, his patience in answering my questions and most importantly the quality of the system they recommended (LG panels & Fronius inverter).
On the day of the installation, Reece and his team worked tirelessly to install the system through inclement weather.
Though TSL were not the cheapest (cost approx $9,000), I was impressed with the quality of the system, their professionalism and commitment to having the system installed and up and running on the scheduled day.
Based on my experience, I would recommend TSL if you are considering the installation of solar power.

Excellent service from start to finish! After doing our research and getting a few quotes, we had to go back to Total Solar for a number of reasons: Daniel was very patient with our queries and discussed every technical aspect in a way that anyone can easily understand not to mention that he was very passionate about what he was sharing with us (and he had all the data to back up his claims!). They carefully assess your needs and make their recommendation (not the cheapest but let's just say it's like paying for your peace of mind). Reece also made sure installation was seamless from start to finish by personally supervising the guys who were themselves very professional and so are the office staff. We're really happy with the installation and the monitoring on our phones is just awesome! Already starting to recommend them to family and friends!

Total Solar were certainly not the cheapest quote but excel in delivering the best in value. Quick to respond, High level of experience in Solar and air conditioning. Passionate about there business. Good explanation of why they believe it is better to pay slightly more upfront to get a long term investment with maximized returns.
Daniel went to great lengths to provide a good solar solution for our property and presented good analysis of what he proposed against our needs. Reece demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for his business and this filtered through to his professional and friendly team of installers. It was a pleasure to find such a local company with great products and a focus on outstanding customer satisfaction.

After much research, we decided on this company, not because they were the cheapest, but because they offered what we wanted with the comfort of a logically calculated price, knowledgeable installers and friendly staff. The system recommended and purchased gave us the most confidence that it could achieve what we needed. Installers were friendly, polite and neat and tidy. Installation was completed around 3 weeks after quote accepted.
