We have been taking about getting solar for years. 3 years ago we were more serious about it however it was all too daunting. Everything that others have said about Reece, Hayden, Christine and Total Solar Solutions is 100% true and accurate. From the quoting, to the assistance with the SolarVIC applications to the install (turning up within 1 min of the promised time). What impressed me above the installation quality which to my untrained eye is first class is the fact that we had three primary school aged kids at home (COVID19) and at one stage 8 TSS guys working on the house and not ONCE did we hear objectionable language or objectionable music. This firm is a group of true professionals and can not be recommended highly enough. I think they are more expensive than others however given they have been in business for 8+ years it is clear that they are here for the long term and not chasing government grant initiatives. We had a 9KW LG and SolarEdge system installed by these guys about 2 years ago, couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. They are a quality installer IMHO, the only negative is they are a bit pricey, but in this case at least you get what you pay for.. If we ever needed a solar install again in the future I would use them again without hesitation.

I absolutely recommend Total Solar Solutions! I had signed up with another solar installer who required an on-the-spot signature before having any chance to do some homework. I called up Total Solar Solutions for a price check on a quality LG solar system to compare. Best move ever! Better price, better quality panels, longer warranty, local support, and quality service. I cancelled my other contract immediately.

Reece, Christine, and the team were excellent. The whole process was clear, and every question was answered. Their install team arrived on time and worked like pro’s. Everything was properly installed, sealed, checked, inspected, and labelled. Any rubbish was collected and taken away.

The install was a few months ago now and the solar system is working great. I also had Total Solar install an efficient reverse cycle air-con. The solar generated covers the heating on cold days (saving on gas bills) and still feeds extra to the grid for credit at the same time. Absolutely brilliant!

So good was the service we experienced when arranging the installation of a solar system for my sister-in-law, we had no hesitation in choosing Total Solar Solutions when it was time to upgrade our system. Whole experience from quote to installation was professional, seamless and friendly. All the team were helpful and patient in guiding me through the complex Vic Government rebate process, encouraging me to stick with it when my frustration nearly got the better of me. Love our new system and solar edge monitoring capability. I whole-heartedly recommend this company for solar or any other electrical work (they replaced switchboard and installed air conditioner at my sister-in-law’s place). The team from Total Solar Solutions arrived at our residence at the exact time they said they would this morning. Six young tradies who all introduced themselves and shook my hand – something you don’t see much of these days. They got straight into the job and were finished in a few hours. Very professional, knew what they were doing, worked as an experienced team, no short-cuts, great installation, very clean and neat work, and answered all my questions and explained to me how everything worked. Also l love the Fronius live-web monitoring of power generation and usage.

In a market full of "hard to understand sales people" offering me incredible deals on cheap systems with very poor quality components and questionable installs, its good to see a great AUS company stand out from the crowd.

From the initial contact and the wealth of information provided, to a team of installers that arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to show me the work they'd done (pride these guys have)! The team and Total Solar Solutions Australia were outstanding.

My thanks and compliments to the entire team but especially Sarah as without here I would have purchased one of the "TV / Telemarketing systems" that I've since learned the only good thing about them is the price, well that is until you have to pay for the fix!! You get what you pay for and remember cheap is never good and good is never cheap
