I enjoyed Toto's for the vietnamese food and I'm from a vietnamese background. The portions are tad small for what you usually get at other vietnamese restaurants for a comparative price. However the interior and lively vibe which differentiates toto from other Vietnamaese restaurants close by.

Service can be a tad slow as well as they are usually packed the brim whenever we pass by.

Approximate cost: $10

The food and the variety are good. The food is very authentic. Service was slow on the day we were there and it was noisy, just like every other Asian restaurants. Overall, value for money and a great place to get quick and easy food.

Approximate cost: $12

A surprise for an inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant - good food, nice decorations (modern green/ brown theme - nicely done), great value for money. After my first time, it has become one of my favourites. Beats the Emma seafood restaurant across the road hands down.

Approximate cost: $12

This is a fairly new restaurant. The decor is pleasant and the service good. I recommend the beef or chicken with rice noodles and soup. Unlike some Vietnamese restaurants, the rice noodles here are fresh and the soup is very flavorsome. The servings are big too.
