I would like to express how disappointed i am with Tiny Tutus.
I emailed advising my daughter does not enjoy the session after only two sessions at Mt Eliza due to her confidence and the class is very stream line and does not cater to each particular child.
I asked for a refund and I was advised as per the terms and conditions they can not give a refund.
I asked if any other classes were available then as she may feel better in a smaller class and I was advised all other classes were booked out.
I have been left with no alternative other than to either lose the $275 paid in fees or take my daughter to the classes that she cries and begs me not to take her too.
I was very upset with their response. This experience has left me in tears and very upset. I urge you to read the terms and conditions of this company and make sure you are 100% sure it is what you child wants before paying up front.

My daughter started dancing here when she was 2, I always found the teachers friendly and all of the children enjoyed their class. My daughter especially enjoyed popping bubbles at the start of the lesson. You can purchase uniform packs on their website and they also offer a discount if you pay your term fees up front.

I had the exact same experience the teacher didn't know how to communicate with 3 year olds and my daughter cried when I told her she had to go, I cancelled before the third lesion but didn't get a refund because I didn't give two day notice before the third class...they are just out to steal money from people...WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY DISGRACFUL COMPANY!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!!
My daughter did not enjoy the class so I cancelled under the two class guarantee in order to get my refund of the term fees $195, although I cancelled before the third class they refused my refund because I didn't give two days notice before the 3rd class... WHAT A JOKE!!! I
paid for the recital package $110 and they took $80 administration fees and the preceded to deduct my credit card an extra $30, which I DID NOT AUTHORISE when they should of refunded me the $30!! They will not take my calls and have not yet given my $30 refund and the $30 they deducted without my authority. They are RUDE to deal with an only care about taking all the money they can from you, I wish I had read the reviews on line that also have had this same experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
