Terrible delivery time, cold & terrible pizza, incorrect order, & ATROCIOUS customer service, - DO NOT GO HERE!!

I used to be a regular Ticino's pizza/pasta delivery fan- and they used to be great - but they have now changed hands, and it's DEFINITELY not for the better.
I ordered a large margherita pizza ($19!!!!), a lemonade and a chocolate mousse, was told it would be a maximum of 40 minutes. I live 10 minutes away by car. When it got to 1hr 10mins (15mins before the kid's bedtime) I called to ask where the pizza was. I was told they were "just around the corner" (unsurprisingly). I asked if they had changed hands and was told that "yes, they had, but for the better". I expressed concern that the pizza would be either cold or warm and sweaty in its box given the amount of time that had passed, to which I was assured that "we don't do cold pizzas here". I said I thought I should get a discount for this long a wait, and after the person at the other end of the phone tried to talk about all his other "happy customers", he agreed to charging me $25 as I reminded him that I wasn't one of his happy customers. To be honest, I don't remember what the total cost would have been. We then finished the call and I continued to wait for the delivery. If the delivery had arrived correctly and as per his statements I would have been willing to leave it at that.
However, he delivery arrived 12mins later. The pizza was cold, congealed and greasy; the tomato sauce tasted strongly of tomato paste [from the single bite I had; it was otherwise inedible (although the three year old didn't care, he's been known to eat the dry cat food)]; and the topping was not generous. I think it's pretty hard to stuff up a margherita, but Ticino managed to do so in spades.
They didn't send me a lemonade but sent a Solo instead. The chocolate mousse looked like it had been shovelled into the container and I have put in the fridge. I now have to cook myself some dinner.
I called Ticino back again and reported my experience. They didn't want to do anything and were very keen to get rid of me, but I said I should get a refund because it was inedible. They agreed and said the delivery guy would be straight back. That was two hours and a half ago.
I called Ticino's again, to be fobbed off from person to person. When I asked to speak to the Owner "he had just stepped out for a walk" (at 9pm in the middle of the dinner rush?!?!). Finally I was put onto someone who claimed he was the Manager, would not disclose his full name and was very unhelpful - until I said I would critique my experience far and wide. Suddenly he was most apologetic, helpful, and actually listened to me - which so far no one else had. He assured me the refund would leave Ticino's immediately - which it did, arriving 5mins later.
It would have made a huge difference in the first place if they'd called to say they were running late, both RE the food and the refund.
