Love dealing with 3 mobile! They have great customer service. My phone needed a software update and 2 days later back with new front plate - like a new phone. Love them!

I did not have a good experience with three mobile. I never had service with them, and then they continually were direct debiting out of my account even though a bill had been paid. We ended up switching carriers because it got too much. Paying for something you never get to use.

this is one of the best business's i have ever been in contact with, they have the greatest phones (value and price) and the call and text prices can not be beaten they are cheap and great value i wont change networks after experiencing this

Have always had a great service from 3. Their caps are fantastic and have never had any major drama. However i recommended them to my partner and her house appears to be a dead spot in metro Adelaide which has been frustrating as she is always roaming when in her house or backyard and frequently cuts out during calls.

I nearly switched to another network when I couldn't get any signal at home for 5 days - I couldn't make/receive any phone calls nor send/receive any text messages. It happened five times already in the past 1.5 years. I also keep getting charged for a monthly subscription that I cancelled almost a year ago. Contacted their customer service every single month and they promised it would be fixed and the money be refunded. But unfortunately, nope nothing.. and i'm still getting charged until today. Although in the system it's said that the subscription has already been cancelled

Although good value, I got slapped with overdue fees almost 5 times. I had direct debit and I ensured I had they right amount in my bank account for each withdrawal, however they never took it out on the day they said they would. There was no notification that the payment hadn't gone through, just an extra $25 on top of the next bill. Every other network I've dealt with will notify you that payment hasn't gone through and allow you to pay for it. 3 did not do this EVER, even upon requesting they do so.

Their phone service is useless and frustrating to deal with. 3G coverage is awful.

Great value, but really hard to deal with. Every time I called them with a query, the tried to upgrade me. One of the staff members at the she store that opened my account had stolen my credit card details!! He doesn't work there any more, but that had changed my whole outlook on the due diligence of their staff.

i had perviosly been with 3 then swapped to another carrier but there were not as good as 3 the signal better the net services are great i just would use any thng else now i find the the best

Plans are very cheap, the long term ones. Service is okay, a lot of drop outs on places and turns to roaming. Quite a few internet drop outs too; for no reason. Customer service at 3 shops and phone is good enough. Price is far better than the other plans out there and this would be the buy factor. Call rates are a little bit more expensive but that doesn't really matter when on cap. You can also register for plans on student.
