Although good value, I got slapped with overdue fees almost 5 times. I had direct debit and I ensured I had they right amount in my bank account for each withdrawal, however they never took it out on the day they said they would. There was no notification that the payment hadn't gone through, just an extra $25 on top of the next bill. Every other network I've dealt with will notify you that payment hasn't gone through and allow you to pay for it. 3 did not do this EVER, even upon requesting they do so.

Their phone service is useless and frustrating to deal with. 3G coverage is awful.
