I have bought 3 rings from here and two have snapped on the band and the other one has a large stone that keeps falling out. They will try to charge you extra to get these repaired, don't bother they don't actually fix anything they broke again and the stone one my newest one is loose once again. I will never shop there Again!

I got my wedding & engagement rings 're-designed' a few years ago. They took some small diamonds from the engagement & put in the wedding. Stones have fallen out TWICE, and in fact the whole ring began to fall apart (had white gold pattern on it which started to break to pieces). Both times staff very unhelpful and offered no compensation or apology - only because i caught it happening both times, was i able to save the diamonds, or i suppose i would have had to pay for their replacement.
Also when they altered the wedding ring, small pieces of gold were taken out to accomodate the diamonds and guess what - i was NOT given the pieces (didn't occur to me at the time!)
I am too scared to wear the rings - they have sat in jewellery box for around 4 years and I am devastated.

I find this jewellery store to be the friendliest in Ballarat. They have a huge range of jewellery, gifts and luggage so you could shop for the fussiest person here with no problems. I had recent repair work done on an earring and they deliver it in the time they quoted and kept to the price.
