She spoke clearly to me (in Cantonese) and both explained the process and gave effect to the necessary paperwork without frustration. Property lawyers are a dime a dozen on the internet so using Womo I came across Think Conveyancing and their reviews. I worked with Melissa on my sale and was very happy with her level of service and attention to detail. I was a little confused by the adjustments she gave me via email, but a quick phone call straightened that out. I also spoke with Lisa and she had a very pleasant manner and was happy to explain things to me in detail when I queried something Melissa was unable to answer.

The referral from my boss to use you was sound. You were simple and SOOO much cheaper than the other quotes I got! It was a shame that Tamika left during the transaction but when Di picked up the file, she was all over it and made me feel at ease.

Finding a reliable conveyancer is like hunting for a needle in a haystack. My mate Daniel suggested I call Chris and I was only too happy to take his recommendation.
