The people are always friendly and they do an amazingly good job too. My three dogs are regular customers. Whether it be a haircut and bath or a claw clip and style, they always come out looking and smelling fantastic, and with smiles on their faces.

When I took my little dog there for the first time, the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming, all were smiling and the dogs they were handling looked very happy & contented. My little girl is very possessive but loved their handling the moment I handed her over. What I had asked for was done to perfection and to top it off, they put a small pink bow on her forehead and she smelt an absolute treat. I could not fault the business and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have their pet pampered, loved and looking great when picking up. Will become a regular no doubt and recommend others do the same.

this has to be the best dog and cat parlour,they will pick up my dog every 2weeks,and he loves going there,they are so kind with the animals,the prices are really good and they give pensioners a discount,highly recommended

this firm has moved down the bottom of williams st,but the service is always spot on,my little puppy goes every fortnight to the parlour and he comes back nice and clean and happy,they will pick up and deliver your dog,cat at no extra price,and if my dog is happy then so am i
