Absolutely fantastic , this is the first time I have boarded my wee forest and he is a little nervous and I must admit so was I , but I was put at ease when I went to visit, the girls are lovely and gave fantastic care to forest he was spoiled and I wouldn't put him anywhere else

We've boarded our very nervous cat Punky with The Cat Motel a number of times and she's been very well cared for each time. The crew make sure she gets a quiet spot and all the attention she needs. The staff are lovely and it's clear they get to know their clientele - on our last visit Alison remarked on how much calmer and friendly Punky was as compared with the 6mths ago. I recommend TCM to anyone looking for boarding in the area.

My cat "Ben" is probably the most scardy cat I have owned over the years and surprisingly to me he seemed to cope well being at The Cat Motel. The place was extremely clean and pleasant. Plus Anthony made the whole experience less stressful for me also. Good luck guys!

The Cat Motel I would highly recommend. I have taken my cat there numerous times when I am on holidays and he always seems so relaxed & healthy when I collect him. The staff are super helpful, friendly and efficient and take time to understand any special needs. It has become his home away from home!

Our cat "T" was diagnosed with diabetes 8 weeks before we were to go overseas for 7 weeks. Our usual Cattery did not cater for diabetic cats so we started searching for one that did and we saw some bad examples. We were considering cancelling our trip when we found The Cat Motel it was spotless, spacious , warm and all the things you would want for your furry friend. We could tell that Rhianne the Manager was switched on knowledgeable, and totally dedicated she quickly answered all of our questions. When we dropped of "T" the diabetes was affecting his back legs and he could only walk 4 to 5 steps at a time. While we were away we were kept up to date frequently with "T"s" health and progress and received photo's of his adventures. All the staff that we had contact with, knew all about "T" without checking records. We were able to enjoy our holiday as we knew "T" was in excellent hands and being spoilt. The only concern we had was, that he may not want to come home again!!!. We were looking forward to picking up our little boy and could not believe how good he was, he was walking and running and was just like a kitten again, it was just fantastic. When "T" had been in cattery's on previous occasions he was always restless on returning home, but after coming home from The Cat Motel he showed no signs of this, and we attribute that to all the cuddles and attention he received. Be assured that you do not have to look elsewhere as The Cat Motel is the best place to spoil your furry friend. They are the best there is. Congratulations Rhianne and staff.

Morton had stayed at other places previously and always came home miserable, had lost weight and was dirty from being to depressed to clean himself.
None of that has happened since he started staying at The Cat Motel, in fact I think he enjoys it so much he would happily stay forever. He absolutely loves the VIP room and really enjoys the extra space, toys and of course the grass and fresh meat!
The staff here are amazing, their love for cats is endless and it makes to world of difference to Mortons stay and my piece of mind knowing that he is not only given shelter and food while I am away but also love and cuddles.
I would highly recommend The Cat Motel, they are the best in the business!

We ve sent our two kittens there for short trips several times and the care is outstanding. I checked out tons of places prior to their first visit and this one was by far the best! I always know my girls are in good hands! The girls that work there are amazing!

I'm usually so upset about having someone else look after my cat, but I feel so comfortable about leaving my little, nervous bundle of fur at The Cat Motel. It's clean, friendly, well set out and at a great price. I get updates on how he is, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants their little kitty to have a home away from home!!
