Yes! The Cat Motel took such great care of our cat and we're super attentive to her needs.

Oscar and Felix , 16 and 14 years respectively, stayed here for 2 weeks August 2016. They looked content when I picked them up and were not stressed at all. They have boarded elsewhere before and were sad, dirty, smelly and stressed upon collection. The Cat Motel obviously does it all better than elsewhere. Felix is a diabetic and at 14 yrs, I was worried. Well, he looked so healthy, and happy when I turned up. The enclosures are great sizes, temperature was perfect being winter, and the premises are pristine. The staff are lovely and truly care for our for babies.
I can see from their behaviour at home after collection, my boys were happy. Thanks to The Cat Motel for your loving care. We will definitely be back.

The staff are fabulous. They took such good care of my cat Harriet who is very old and has special needs. I got updates and photos while we were away too. Couldn't have asked for better.

It was sooo hard for me as a first timer leaving one of my furbabies with anyone else rather than my mum...but the girls at The Cat Motel made me feel so comfortable knowing that everything was going to be fine!! My little 6 month old came home completely content (it was clear that it was not traumatic for her) and she was in perfect condition - I actually think she had fun in the company of other cats! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Cat Motel and I will definitely be using them to look after my girl again in the future! Keep up the great work girls!

This will be the only cattery I will use from now. Wonderful warm environment for my 2 cats during their 3 week stay and the team at The Cat Motel were so friendly and helpful. Rufus and Hari have been regular guests of the Cat Motel since it opened. The boys love the place. When they stay for long period they book a penthouse suite and enjoy chasing each other relentelssly. The Cat Motel is always clean, the cats are relaxed (even the scaredy cats) and the staff genuinely like their feline guests. You won't regret having your cats stay there - you can genuinely relax knowing that they will be cuddled, brushed, patted and generally made a fuss of even at the busiest of times. Great little business.
