Any managers that can afford to serve up bad attitudes to customers, usually can do without them.
They did and they have.

called in here and the food was not nice and was over priced for what you get and the service was like what are you doing in my shop so was not happy with my experience from here and wont go back rude and over priced

Good coffee, great food at reasonable prices and a good variety and fast, friendly service. Offers both eat in and take away. The kitchen closes at 3pm and they aren't open on Mondays. The cakes look scrumptious (I'm a Diabetic so haven't allowed myself to try them yet).
