Amazing Thai food in a gorgeous environment, central to transport on buzzing King Street. Fantastic system with vouchers for the gift shop depending on value of bill. Incredibly polite Thai staff.

WE love Thai food - the food here is beautiful, not just commercial bases.

Everything is very fresh and really takes the usual Thai to a whole nother level.

Service is always very professional, there are lots of staff on the floor and they are alwyas helpful.

It is a very large restaurant and on weekend nights they often have large tables celebrating birthdays and other occasions so it can be very noisy - definitely not an intimate romantic place.

This is one of the best Thai restaurant in town. I like the wait staffs there as they look after you so well. As soon as your water is empty in your glass, it will be filled and so is the rice in your plate. Never had such a good experience with service before. And their food is equally tasty. Will always go back there when in the area.

One of our favourite Thai restaurants around... you will always get great food and service at Thai Pothong. The food is always super fresh, great menu choices... only thing is which one to choose!

this is one of my favorite restaurants. the staff are fabulous very helpful and efficient. the food is excellent one of the best Thai restaurants i have ever been too. the decor is beautiful as well. Curries are great as well as the chicken spring rolls.

Thai Pothong is a really spacious upmarket restaurant with beautiful decor and furnishings. (I love the gold). There is also a gift shop attached selling Thai decorative pieces and jewelery. The food itself is gorgeous, very nice and of a high standard, with prices that match. Perhaps the only downside is that it was a bit crowded and noisy. Otherwise, a lovely dining experience if you're willing to shell out some money on a great night out.

A terrific place to go. Great food and the Chef's specials should definitely be ordered. The "Miang Goong" is absolutely fantastic. Yes, a tad loud but enough space to sit comfortably. It has also a little shop were you can pay with Potong dollars. A hitter for Thai food

I believe the restaurant should be one of the best Thai restaurants in Sydney because of their amazing cooking and their professional service and nice environment. Also my kid like the restaurant because she can get her favorite dishes.

Very good dining. A little bit loud and the service wasn't great, but the Thai food was probably the best I've had in a very long time!

The reason I fell in love with Thai food. Always busy and bustling but will do the best to accomodate you. Food to make your mouth water and quick service.
