I started at nemesis 3 years ago. I walked in having never done any martial arts before. In my 3 years at Nemesis I have won gold in jiu jitsu tournaments, won various novice MMA and muay Thai contests and I have lost 25kgs which has greatly changed my life. For anyone thinking of trying a martial art or joining a fitness gym I would highly recommend Nemesis to anyone. nemesis has done alot for me in the past 4 years to help me improve, learn and understand martial arts, the coaches are friendly, the people who train are excelent to train with, they are very welcoming to new people, the environment at nemesis is great and if you need help with a technique or even just someone to drill with, someone is always there to help. i wouldnt train at another gym because im already training at the best and with the best.

I've had an excellent experience at Nemesis MMA, they have a good facility as well as an MMA cage, and ring to spar in. The instructors are fantastic at what they do, they are very good at explaining complex techniques through breaking down each movement which makes it so much easier for new students to learn. While training at Nemesis MMA I've been able to start from scratch and make my way to competing in amateur events in only 6 months, it's been a great experience overall and I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone.
