Went yumcha last sunday, as they claim to import one of the most famous Xiao Lung Bao (little pork steam bun) chef from TW, where I had the most amazing Xiao Lung Bao. The service was slow, it's not a big restaurant, there are no trolley, the waiters brough out basket of dim sum on a tray. Very limited selection of dim sum comparing to other yum cha fare, however, all the dim sum are of high quality, it's definitely not one of those from mass production or a factory line. the Xiao lung bao were great, however the selection of dimsum weren't really much and they were rolled out really slowly. i suspect they have a very small kitchen. the ambience is great btw.
