Great veriety in store, lots of different products could have a bigger range of each category, more shoes more toys more girls clothes as there isn't many to choose from

I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this store! There is never anyone to be found when you've a query (except in the electronics department - sometimes). The quality of the clothing is cheap, nasty and mostly polyester and nylon fabrics which are just too hot for Tamworth summers - and the prices for what they are - unacceptable. Plain clothes security follow everyone around like their criminals - and think no-one knows they are there - and it is insulting to say the least!

They sometimes have cheap mobile phones, which is the best I can say about them, but the after sales service is absolutely rubbish and waiting for a follow-up on any ordered item - forget about it! I will never shop with these people again.

Approximate cost: $15 mobile phone.

I have been waiting for a portable dvd player to come into stock since july been told its on raincheck. I have called and get told each time that it will be here next month. The ladies at the counter have no idea im over waiting for this item to come in.
