The guys look after 3 of my airbnb properties and i can not fault them,always turn up on time always do a great job

I would highly recommend this company for a clean. They a very professional with there work and more than happy to go back and fix up all problems that may need fixing.

They accommodated my last minute change of plans so professionally and the guys who cleaned my home did a great job. The carpets came up a treat. Good job. Nothing was a problem for them, easy to deal with. Would recommend.

Excellent company a pleasure to deal with,from the booking to the clean to the real estate ,there was a couple of things missed but they popped back and fixed straight away . will use them again

I wouldn't recommend this business, went to meet the carpet cleaner at the property and he was no where to be found I then had to leave the keys in the mailbox and trust the job would be done on time. Service was completed. I then paid the invoice only to be informed the payment had not been received due to the incorrect payment details given. I informed this company that I would need to recover the money from the bank due to this error and pay the service which they then took out the money from my account without notice which has now left me in financial hardship over the Christmas holiday period and making continuous calls to the bank.

Great job. Very very clean and professional. Only feedback is to alert the client when you're going to be late for the appointment as my partner needed to go to work.

I would definitely use Swift again.

WOW ......What a pleasure too return too my home the other day after Swift Home Services had been there and had done a Spring Clean, I am so very impressed with the result, the professionalism was great as well, thanks heaps and will use and recommend your services again for sure!!!

Subcontractors. Do not explain this when booking. Sent me an invoice after quote was agreed on then another invoice (completely different invoice number) a month later that was higher than before with no explanation. They then asked me to pay the higher amount on the phone, still with no explanation. When landlord claimed job was not done to standard, said many landlords and like that and that they would deal with it and get back to us. Swift didn't communicate unless prompted multiple times. Communication from beginning to end was the biggest issue and it made me heavily question their integrity as a business, which turned out to be correct as they are just the middle man taking their piece anyway. Do not treat their paying customers with any respect. Would clearly not recommend.

As per our email correspondence we are a cleaning service provider. Yes we outsource the Carpet and Pest Control to a company that is licenced and regulated.

The owner of the property was not happy with the cleaning service done by yourself and your invoice For cleaning. This is not a reflection on Swift Home Service as we never provided a cleaning service.

I am sorry you are not getting the result that you wanted from the owner of the property.

As for the price difference on the invoice and the Quote. It was $200.00 + GST = $220.00 in Total. GST is Goods and Service Tax that is payable to the government. Which we have paid for you.

The cleanliness of the unit was not in question when the owner told us "I don't believe the carpet cleaning has been done" - and IS NOT the issue I bring up with your company here, but thanks for trying to pass the blame again.

Whatever he has told you is not what he told us and you have never apologised for your lack of communication with us, which is what I am complaining about.

I was sent 2 INVOICES, not quotes. Shoddy work and shoddy practises. I would like you to stop lying to us, accept responsibility and apologise. My review stands.

We rung your landlord on Monday and Wednesday and both times offered to come back to re do the carpets and provide a copy of your invoice with our warranty to him as requested.

I understand your frustration as he just wanted his own cleaners, carpet and pest control team to do the work.

unit bond clean Gold coast as we were moving interstate, the ladies turned up on time and did an excellent job, they even went out of their way to touch up some scuff marks on walls. would highly recommend them.
