Darren and Anthony went above and beyond the call of duty. Very client focussed. Listened to what was needed and delivered from the quote process to the actual job. Lots of preparation to make sure external pipe was installed with the least intrusiveness as required by my owners corp. Darren prepared a special plate and painted it to match the external render. Accident during the job seamlessly fixed and a new power point provided as a bonus. Except for the hole the wall left by the old 1971 unit, the place was spotless. Heater is fabulous. Nice clean heat. Very comfortable for the rest of winter.

I was quite impressed with both the friendly manner and efficiency of both Darren and Anthony. When then said they would arrive they did and the quoted price was what we ended up paying, no extra add ons.
We had a recent gas leak and needed all new copper piping. The previous plumbers who completed this job left me without a gas supply to my cooktop after they had fixed the leak and requested a substantial amount of money to reconnect what they had disconnected. Thankfully we found Darren and Anthony who were able to get everything functioning again.
Darren and Anthony were both inside and out of my house (due to attaching an under the house gas pipe) and were very mindful of ensuring that they did not bring dirt into the house.
I had a gas cooktop installed and needed a bench top refigured and it was pleasing to note that after the job was completed there was nothing left for us to clean.
They will be my go to plumbing service in the future., not only because of their prompt and efficient service but also because of the quality of their work.

I had my old gas heater replaced by Darren and Anthony last month. When pulled old heater out from wall found it's diesel operated so have to install new natural gas pipe for it. Very happy with their services: professional, friendly and give me discounted price. Highly recommended and will go back next time.

The company cancelled a job to come out to us being a school. Found the problem. Unfortunately had to wait for the part to arrive from Sydney, which took a week but once it arrive Anthony and Darren were out here like a shot, fixed the hot water service and also fixed other problems they encountered. They have been entered into my favourite tradies file.
