I tried the website. It's unbeatable and many products are very cheap. Maybe they have made their own best to provide the best shopping experience and the best service. Why not try again.
I don't think the site is too bad, although the quality of products is poor (as with many cheapo sites). I have never had contact with the staff, so communication is fine if everything flows smoothly with your orders.

I tried buying some items a couple weeks ago, and havent seen or heard anything. Luckily they weren't worth too much, as it doesn't look like they will ever show up. Terrible customer support and service.

I purchased a $350 item online and received my high pressure water cleaner broken and unable to use at all. That was back in December. It is now February and I am still trying to get a replacement or refund. Customer service is shocking! Very poor English makes communicating via email close to impossible and there is no phone number. I wouldnt recommend them at all. Pay more elsewhere and get the service you expect to get in Australia.

I ordered a drum kit 2 weeks ago, I still have not received it! You can only contact this company via email which of course they do not respond to. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Money has been refunded. The reason for that as there was some issue with paypal so they didnt advise us that payment was received.
