Great to begin with, however no consideration given on future loans when always re-paid and never defaulted and yet re-applying is frustrating as you get a re-apply advising cannot help you at a time you really need a loan and yet no reason given to this and as a great existing customer it’s a kick in the teeth. Go elsewhere where good existing customers are actually rewarded for there previous loans as Sunshine obviously do not consider there loyal customers! They will leave a credit check on your file even though they advertise they want so be aware so you can benefit elsewhere. Very disappointing as an existing member!

I've applied for the loan, after sending my 2 paycheck I got the money into my account within 2hours. I was quiet impressed.
Called a few times, someone always answered.
Was able to change my weekly instalment to fortnightly with one phone call.
They seem professional and polite every time I call.

Interest charge is little high, but that's the price you pay for to get instant money in your account. Terms and conditions are clear.

I give them 4 stars for the quick turnaround service.

Missing 1 star coz I didn't go through them directly but a wholesale company.

Had two loans previous never missed a single payment alway on time but knocked back for too many reversals in 3mnths !!!!!well i went back 100 days and 4 reversals 2 of which was sunshine loans 96x2 payments oopps if you over pay sunshine loans thats deemed a reversal of ezipay debit and thats to many reversals in 3mnths silly me i shouldnt overpaid or maybe you guys could of just asked firsrt and i could of been done differently

used sunshine loan once and I will definitely use them again! very efficient and stuck to their word! very impressed :)

I know Sunshine is a payday loan company and yes its really sadcwhen your that desperate for money to make ends meet till your next pay..but thats life at times.Anyway i cant praise or recommend Sunshine any higher...theyre a fair understanding company with friendly staff...you do the right thing by them and theyll help you in every way they possibly can.Tracey Golledge
