Found them to be friendly, helpful and attentive. Pricing gets confusing with additional charges for extras making the end result cost not being cheaper than elsewhere. This of course is dependent on preferences. I did have a glasses that cracked and they are fixing these for me as they are still under warranty (2 years) so that is pretty good as they were expensive glasses.

Excellent staff & service. Hard to find these days! I had a small problem with one pair of glasses and they were totally replaced promptly with a smile. Totally recommend them. I was tired of paying $400 for one pair elsewhere!

This place was recommended to me by a friend and so I went and had an eye test and then bought a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. I am still really happy with my 2 pairs of glasses and have received alot of positive comments. The staff are really professional and helpful.
