Well the meals are huge and they get them out to you real quick! Like super quick. The only down fall with that is that if you order and entree then sometime you feel like your to rushed to eat it! Generally the service is pretty good but there is a somewhat lack of follow up service.

Approximate cost: $22.50

The food here is HORRIBLE. I have been now on 3 occasions and will never give this place another chance. The food tastes as if everything came straight from a packet.
The only things going for this place are one of the best locations in Frankston-shamed its wasted on this place-they could learn a lot from "Waves on the beach"up the road. The serves of food happen to be massive-the problem is who wants to eat a massive plate of inferior food.

Sofia's when I went was very busy which doesn't lead to a good dining experience for me, I prefer a quieter and more relaxed dining experience however I couldnt fault thier food, the fast service nor the value if youre full ask them you want to take away the rest and they will pack it for you no problem

Approximate cost: $18

A great feed every time - too much actually but you can take what you don't eat home with you in a "doggy bag".
A clean environment with a view of the bay whilst dining in a casual atmosphere.

Approximate cost: $20.00

Lovely setting just by the beach. Very big place so there is plenty of seating. Prices are reasonable and serving sizes are massive. Go there hungry. THe food is cooked to perfection and if you don't eat it all, you can take it home.

Approximate cost: $20

Good location, pity the staff are rude and the food awful. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken and then the massive portion of pasta I ordered was tasteless and mostly was thrown out.

Sofia's is a restaurant you can't expect 5 start service from but i have to admit the price your paying its fantastic ! i'm still amazed everytime at the size of the meals they can be quite anormous. service...that is a problem alot of the waitresses need to learn how to actually do their job, not walk around and stare into space. however there is a couple that work there that seem to enjoy it and you can tell by the service they give. like the last girl i had she was amazing kept on top of our drinks & our meals but the waitresses who bought out our drinks and meals...not so good. All up if it was a quick bite to eat or a function, i would recommend sofia's for sure.

Approximate cost: $15-20

Great location right on the bay. The food quality was a little below par, although the meals are huge and not too expensive. The place gets very busy which affects the service.

The staff are rude more interested in talking to one another they working. Was asked if we were ready to order as soon as we sat down; hadn't even looked at the menu yet.
Asked for Pepsi max to drink got normal Pepsi.
Has a bowl of chips as an entree, tasted as if they had been cooked hours earlier.
I was given the wrong meal and by the time I was able to chase a staff member down to change it, my partner had already finished. Luckily the cost of the meal was taken off our bill.

This is on the mark for Frankston but I have found the service much better at Wheelers Hill ...
I live in Frankston South but travel elsewhere if I want Sofias I dont know how Frankston Sofias are still in business ...
When in Frankston I go to La Porchetta much friendlier and more room than the cattle pen called Sofias Frankston
