Poor customer service. Staffs are focus on displaying the items. So busy that they don't know how to establish rapport with their customers especially the non-English speaking workers.
Nobody answers the phone.

One store one staff only, not fair for the workers. Too much exploitation.

I purchased two dresses in January 2016. I returned one as it was damaged (didn't fit right).
I received a Credit Note for $26 as I was told that there were no refunds - strictly exchange or Credit Note. I have been back several times to look but the sizes of clothes I liked are all small. I would like to send the voucher to my young neice to use but the Credit Voucher can ONLY be used at the store of purchase, which I think is ridiculous as there are SES stores everywhere. To top it off, the dress I did keep shrunk MORE than a dress size when I washed it, even though I followed the washing instructions. I have NOT put on weight. Because it was after the 14 day period, I cannot get a refund or what I prefer to call a "useless Credit Voucher". I have never had a shrinkage problem with any item of clothing I have purchased before. When I rang their head office to complain about their clothing and their Returns Policy (if you can call it that), the person I was talking to wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and hung up on me. The Customer Service was non-existent. Sad!!! I will never visit one of their stores again.

I thought the items were going to be less than what was charged, because of the way that the prices were displayed. It wasn't until after the payment was processed and I received less change than I expected that I realised the mistake. I decided I no longer wanted the items and asked for my money back, but I was only offered a credit note to buy more clothes from their store. The woman who served me was very rude and unaccommodating, she didn't even apologise, so I just left angry. Customers need to be treated fairly in order to return, and I won't be returning here

If your after bargain women'sclothing well priced and lots of sales instore SES is for you. Whilst everything is reasonably priced the quality isn't that great. You can get clothes to last you say a season or more...depending on how often you wear them. Staff aren't overly friendly to say the least especially today. I bought a black dress down to $20 from $25. At the checkout it scanned at original prices , whilst i told the staff member they were marked down and pointed to where the stand was of the marked down dresses, she muttered something in Korean and entered the reduced price in the register! Seeing and hearing this behaviour, made me walk out of the store and buy the dress. Won't be coming back here in a hurry. Disappointed really!

The staff always seem busy and aren't that helpful, but they are quite friendly. the store is really large so even when busy it's quite easy to look around and get a change room. It's very affordable, but for the quality (and the amount of other stores in westfields just like it) it may not be worth it unless you are after a specific thing. They have great basics like singlets and sunnies.

it is one of those shop you find excelent design with resonable price and it is only as i call it disposable as it might last for one season or two

STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY , PLACE IS ALWAYS SO CROWDY AND UNORGANISED, MASSY. NEED MORE ROOM AND CHANGE ROOM NEED GOOD CURTAINS.

They have nice clothes for girls and my wife just love going to their shop. They have good value and nice variety.

It is a good shop to find clothes at very low price. Also they have good variety of clothes. Sometimes they have really good offers on variety of clothes.
