Splendid views. Unfortunately, prices are super high. Portions are ok...kid's fish and chips was actually alright. ($14 for one piece of fish, mayo and tomato sauce, and some chips) But mains were a bit disappointing. Beef ale pie was normal meat pie with mince. Linguini wasn't al dente, overcooked and kinda bland.

The WOW factor in visiting Scarborough was the unbelievably beautiful views of the coastline and ocean. It was a relaxing place to sit, have a drink and a chat with friends.

This place is a real find, perfect for that saturday afternoon drive down the coast, stop at the Scarb and have light beer and something to eat. the back area is Beautiful! such a view you really couldn't find better, and food is pretty amazing too, best salt and peper squid i've had in ages. We had our wedding there last week and can't speak highly enough of the place, really wonderful

The restaurant here has recently acquired a new chef. The food has always been great and that hasn't changed - just the menu has changed a bit. You can always get the usual fish and chips but now they're beer battered chips. We brought some Greek visitors there for a feed and they loved the food. But even better than the food is the view. You're right above the water and can sit either inside or outside. At the right time of year you can watch the dolphins and wales swim by while you're eating and drinking. The only downside is that it now gets very busy and parking can be an issue. So get there early if you can. Also now open for breakfast but I haven't tried that yet. It's on the list!

Sunday lunch should be relaxed right ?..... at Scarborough Pub you better get in early or else you will have to line up for 15 - 20 minutes to order your food then wait 50 minutes and then line up again to collect your meal. Once you have gone through that, you can then sit back down (but don't forget to collect your own cutlery) and then enjoy what was for me a nice enough meal but a million dollar view to make it all worthwhile.

Approximate cost: $25-$35
