I have used Robina Realty to manage my rental properties for a number of years. In recent times, they have exhibited a level of incompetence in accounting and re-listing.
Payments were made incorrectly to suppliers from my funds and it required a significant period to get my account credited with the funds that they mistakenly dispersed.
Re-signing existing tenants was unprofessionally conducted, with one tenant's lease expiring before a new lease was executed. Both leases were renewed with my name being listed on the leases instead of the corporate entity that actually owns the properties.
This has resulted in tenants now knowing my identity, which is an unacceptable situation.
When i finally determined that I could no longer rely on this agency to manage my investment properties, they not only placed obstacles in the way of the change over to a new managing agent, the principal of the agency phoned me and hurled repeated abuse at me.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone either renting or leasing a property.

Although we acknowledge your reviews,. I ask everyone to acknowledge the fact that it is only tenants who have issues with getting there bonds refunded that post bad reviews . It is unfortunate that due to the privacy act that we can’t post their tenant ledger or exit reports ,Robina Realty ménage over six hundred properties and suggest all future and existing clients read all reviews and speak directly with our professional team

Nothing gets fixed, move out and it will take five weeks to get bond back, you will have to go back three or four times to clean even though it's spotless they even wanted another $100 to have there cleaner clean more and once I mentioned I'm going to the RTA I was told, "oh it's ok" I only received the final amount owing for water five weeks after moving out. By the time we left the dishwasher didn't work, the aircon didn't work, the stove didn't work, power points and light fittings falling out due to a leak that went unfixed the garage roof was about to collapse. I've been renting for 15yrs and three of those were with this real estate and they are the worst I've ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional and can't be trusted they will try to get money off you were ever they can.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY unless you are willing to lose your bond. They make fictional condition reports and refuse to sign the tenants version. They do not accept any wear and tear and then delay any attempts at reconciliation, trying to hold the tenants out of the unclaimed bond.
During the tenancy they had to be hassled for weeks to get any repairs done, and would refuse repairs if the owner doesn't feel it's necessary. Stating you can move out if it's a problem.
