I was not sure how to set up my new Garmin watch and I would like to say I received excellent service in the way I was treated by Roscoe and his helpfulness in doing it for me. A pleasure to say fabulous service.

Very poor customer service. Was rude and unprofessional with returns. No recommending at all .

Visited this store yesterday with my daughter, who had a foot problem and needed soft runners. The service was excellent and the retail attendant, Abbey, was polite, attentive and knowledgable. A great experience!

The staff seemed friendly, but a couple of times seemed like they were forced to provide customer service, not because they wanted too. The range of different sports that they cater to was great, but in some areas, there wasn't much variety in price. I wanted to buy a sports bag, but the difference between the cheapest and the most expensive was $15, and all were out of my price range.

Very disappointed- took the boy in for a pair of runners. Waited an hour to be fitted and even then the "kid" we asked couldn't stop speaking to another staff member and provide no advice whatsoever. Walked past another sports store in the centre to see the shoes wer bought at 40% off- very disappointed

We love going to Rebel Sports at Southland. Staff are young, fun and bend over backwards to help. I am often approached by happy staff members more than three or four times when in the store. Awesome sales and huge range of items.

it is easy to be overwhelmed by the amount of stuff they cram into this store, but they always have someone around to ask for help, i was approached 3 times on a busy saturday afternoon.

Staff were not interested. Prices were not that great. I'm not sure I would go back here unless it was my only option. Need to lift their standards. Only real sports store at southland

I found some of the people to be staff to be disinterested in providing service. They were just there to get their wage. There were a couple of shining lights. Products are great though. Prices are a bit steep, but you know that before entering.
