my vw golf broke down in the middle of nowhere in yarra valley vic at 11pm at night

we have had to call on the RACV roadside assistance 3 times recently. each time they have been very helpful especially trying to explain car issues with someone who knows nothing. I am so glad to have total care. only downside is the wait especially with three boisterous kids in the car but once they arrive they were very quick to identify and fix the problem.
I recently had reason to contact my RACV for home insurance and they gave me no support and will be writing a WOMO review when I get the time. My fence was hit by a drunk driver and I am on my own in this. I will be looking around for another insurer as have been with RACV for so long (gold card) and now I know that they dont deserve my business.
One of my children has been taking lessons with RACV and we are happy with this service. My student driver continues to look forward to lessons and has growing confidence. The particular instructor is in high demand which is indicative of the level of satisfaction others must have too.
I found RACV's staff great and helpful. I had to change my insurance and they found a one much cheaper than what i was paying and covered even more.
