I am a Qantas Frequent Flyer Member, so enjoy many benefits through this. I have however found that hotels are more expensive to book on their website than on other websites. Overall I prefer to fly Qantas anytime.

I am a Qantas Frequent Flyer, so I'm somewhat loyal. They are not the cheapest and sometimes the service is not quite up to scratch, especially compared to Singapore Airlines. I've done quite a few USA trips with Qantas and never had an issue, though.

I've never had an issue. Purchase your tickets when they're on sale and they're cheaper than the budget airlines. We recently went Perth-Hobart return for less than $280 per person each way. There were no baggage limits AND we were fed! My only gripe is that they slog you $40 if you book over the phone and sometimes that's necessary if you have vouchers from cancelled bookings etc.

I recently travelled to Hong Kong and China with Qantas and had bad experiences with check-in staff at Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. The check-in at Sydney was a predictably high standard. Admittedly the check-ins at Shanghai and Beijing were not Qantas staff.
My numerous complaints to Qantas and requests for compensation remained unresolved for several months. After many phone calls and emails, Qantas has finally offered me a small value travel voucher.

Qantas is a great airline. Excellent service, but it is really expensive. I often fly with them domestically. The seats are very comfortable and last time i got a free meal.

I have been flight to Sydney from Perth with Qantas frequenter for works, The place is good but sometime it crowd and but i am satisfact with their services thing like that.

i only flied with them last year, generally the experience is not bad. unless i tried to purchase something, they kept telling me sure no problem. but i did not get anything till the end

Domestic flights - Qantas is incomparable to other available domestic airlines in Australia because it offers a significantly higher standard of service quality than the rest. This includes free in-flight meals and refreshments, a high rate of on-time take offs and landings, and a good overall safety record. The prices, though higher than other airlines, are still cheap when booking on sale or basic saver fares.

International - Although not providing as many additional benefits and features like Singapore Airlines or Cathay Pacific for example, Qantas still provides a great service that you would expect from a leading international airline, at great prices (with good sales throughout the year such as a the 2-for-1 sale!)

woudl think that the Qantas domestic airport is one of the worst run airports in the world. starting from the taxis which is appaling to the layout of airport. should be so much better
