I was a little unsure about using them to begin with but I thought I'd give it a go as they may save me a few $$...which they certainly did!
I had a great experience with Private Fleet. Their service is exceptional from start to finish and I highly recommend using them if you're serious about buying a car!
They saved me about $4k which came at a cost of around $160.

I'd done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and had come to a reasonable price with a dealer. I then went to Private Fleet. The experience was all positive. All I had to do was sit back and be thrilled with the growing number of quotes that came in significantly less than what I had bargained. Within 24 hours I'd agreed to purchase my new car having saved $3.5K from the origanal starting price! I'm extatic about my savings and my choice of car! I will definitely be back when I'm ready to do it again.

A very professional and easy way to purchase a car. All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and they negotiated an excellent deal on a just released model. Progress reports were provided re delivery etc and there were no problems getting accessories fitted.Car delivered to our country address with a full tank of petrol and excellent after sales backup was provided as well. Will be buying future vehicles through Private Fleet.

Private Fleet was most professional and competent in the motor vehicle business and obtained the best price for me and the car was delivered with a full tank of fuel as promised. Being a member of the NRMA, there was no cost to me for using the service.

Quote process is simple but the final price was a bit week. I expected better and have had better from other fleet buying companies. I got the impression they were small.

Also ask for terms and conditions before committing and ask when the vehicle is available. This almost caught me.

make sure you ask about this fee when putting down a deposit. They did not mention it to me and it came as a shock.

Overall good for getting an indication if what is possible but they don't seem to try hard to do better. You will get a reasonable price for little effort if that is what you want. You can get a much better price yourself however, you just need to put in the legwork.

Private Fleet works perfectly in the matter of buying used or new cars with satisfactory discount. So I think they are doing their best in car buying services in the Australia wide.

I approached Privatefleet looking to save money on my new Mazda 2 Neo. It turned out that the pricing I got directly with the dealers was very good and so they were only able to save me a nominal amount. However their service was fantastic so it was well worth going through them - even if I only saved $150 on the purchase.

They worked hard, returned my calls and sorted out a hiccup with delivery from the dealer's end. Really great customer service
