The review below was written when I first hired Bullet back in early 2012. I would like to update my review. Since the company has grown, as with any company, the standard of clean has dropped below 5 stars. I would still say that based on the reviews above, that this company would still be one of the better ones in Brisbane. However I have found as of today that their level of service and in particular their respect for their clients, has dropped. Without any communication, I had an area dropped off my clean last fortnight. Prior to this I had a few issues where the scum in my shower was building up, other areas of my house were sometimes missed and the standard of clean generally was dropping. I didn't make a complaint every time because I understand we are all human and sometimes things are missed. However a fortnight ago, our business office was dropped off the clean with no communication whatsoever. When I made a complaint, I was told that my custom was no longer viable. Apparently, whilst the rates of new customers was quite high, mine was still set quite low in comparison. And my demands based on this rate were too high. Communication about this issue would have been useful but it wasn't done. I am saddened by this experience. I remember the first time I met the lovely couple that started this business - they were so precise with their cleaning, it was wonderful. No complaints at all. Unfortunately I would no longer recommend this company.

Recently I decided it was time to get some extra help around the house. We lead very busy lives and are quite proud of being independent so had struggled with this decision for quite a while. I tried another cleaning company first off that was charged $45 pp ph... I requested bathroom, toilet, dusting and floors. I am very fussy with my bathroom and spend 2-3 hours cleaning it myself to get it just right. I could see after I had the first cleaning company in that I could be in for a long haul to try and find a cleaner that knew how to clean a bathroom properly! The second company I tried was Bullet Cleaners. They arrived this morning promptly and spent the time to understand what was important to me - what I liked and didn't like about the last company's results. I arrived back home after a hectic day. My house was sparkling. I paid for 3 hours at a much less rate than the previous company - my bathroom - no kidding - was better than I had ever done it in my life. And I kid you not, my bathroom cleaning is well known in my family. When my family moves house, they get me into clean the bathroom because I do it so well. I could not fault anything with the bathroom. Even the walls were washed down and my kids bath toys basket wiped clean. WOW. These guys rock!! And it didn't stop there... my bedrooms were cleaner than I'd seen in months! When I inspected the work done, I could see clearly they cared and always went the extra step. An example - and I know this seems minor, but... My dresser had not been wiped down/sorted for months. I have a calendar on my dresser - the ones where you flip the pages to get to the right date that you can keep reusing year after year. They wiped down everything, re-laid out all my ornaments and even put the calendar to the correct date. Another example, we have DVDs on our TV cabinet - had probably about 5 or so sitting there with discs outside of covers. All were back in the correct covers in a beautiful neat pile. I can tell you that the last lot of cleaners I had in wouldn't have even thought to do this! I would like to say a big thank you to the team, as of today, I feel like the stress of my housework has been taken away. My husband and I will never go back to being independent, ever. This is too good! I am looking forward to a long working arrangement with the team. Thank you again!! I would recommend this team to all my friends and would guarantee I would have no regrets in doing so. 5/5 gold stars all the way.
