Have used Piano Moves twice now, and both times they have provided an excellent service. Our piano is very old and a lot of care and attention was taken when shifting it.

I had a piano moved from Windsor (Prahran), down a flight of stairs to Brunswick West. The staircase added to the cost of removal and for that I imagine the cost was about right. It turned out my mother had used them to move the piano to her place in Windsor, so they did not need to review the staircase beforehand as they had the info on file. Very impressed by the service, including the tools they used to get the piano into position at my home without scratching my wood floor (or the piano), & being punctual within the 2 hour windows given for both locations, particularly as I also had to be at both locations. Also extremely glad that I could get this done between Christmas & New Year when I had not booked far in advance.

Had a piano delivered recently, they handled the grand piano with ease when other carriers had refused to move a grand piano. They took it apart and rebuilt it easily and their service was courteous and reliable. good value.

I needed a piano moved from fawkner to chelsea which is about a 1 1/2 hour trip. They were on time and efficient. I could never have undertaken this task without professional help. The removalists were polite, respectful and seemed very experienced. They actually made moving a full sized piano look easy!
