They have friendly staff and reasonable prices a lot of variety in products and pets to choose from... my experience has been rather good when dealing with them

This store sells great products but is quite pricey... the workers know a lot concerning your pets.. if your willing to spend money then they are happy to help you

Went to purchase a puppy for my daughter for her birthday but had to put on hold for an hour as had to ask wife for confirmation. They sold puppy from under me and didnt even apologize. their attitude is that im stupid and cant tell 30 minutes from 1hr and the manager said the lady who served me only held for 30mins and in fact she agreed to 1hr. My daughter was in tears crying and they didnt even care. when i came back a little under 1 hr they had a family with the puppy. So upset that they care more about their wallet than promises made to the customer.

Lovely knowledgeable staff. They do background checks on their animals to make sure they aren't from puppy farms, take pride and personal interest in the animals they get in.
Price ranges are fairly standard for a pet store, but often have great bargains as well.

This pet store has a lot of room for improvement. Service was non-existent, if you had an enquiry or wanted to purchase a product you had to approach the staff and there is no smile or hello when you enter the store and look around.
It is very cramped and there is no organisation to the products in the store. Pens are usually very cramped or over filled with kittens and puppies.
Products are very over priced, I have been to other leading pet stores and have found the same products at half the price or less and better ranges of products aswell.
I think this pet store relies on it's livestock for business and unless it improves on it's products and store layout may loose a lot of business.

Purchased a budgie and cage as a gift for my mother. Found the store to be very clean and animal friendly. All the staff seem to have a great handle on the pets and look after them to a high standard

Service isn't all that great, I've asked for a specific item before and they've not known what i was talking about, if you work in a store you should have basic product knowledge, i wasn't asking for a super rare type of exotic fish only found in one place, I was asking for fish filter cotton. with the lack of response i just walked out. Was not impressed, Now, i only walk past and look at the dogs, think i wonder who else is selling that breed and walk on.

Unfortunately in the past I have been dissapointed with not just the service from this store. The price is not the best & I would recommend going to the animal welfare league to get your new pet instead.
