PSG did a wonderful job in providing the correct system to suit my budget.
Right from the beginning when I was planning to install CCTV in my premises, Pacific Contro Group gave me technical proposal to suit my budget and explained all my queries.
Andrew did a thoroughly professional job and spent a lot of timewhile installing the cameras and the hardware and explaining the intricacies of the system.
He also set up the remote view in 2 of our devices so that we can remotelly watch the CCTV images from anywhere and we are extremelly pleased with the outcome.

Our CCTV installation went without a hitch. The install was neater than we expected. There was a problem with the Hard Drive and Paul replaced it the same day out of hours. We were very impressed with the level of service we received.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called a number of potential suppliers before being referred to them and was immediately impressed with their proactive and helpful approach. While I was waiting for other companies to call me back, they already had a system installed and running for us. I receive weekly open and close reports which helps me track my operations.
