I am writing this to express a thankyou to Andrew from Pacific Security Group for coming out to do a quote on security camera setup for our house.

Andrew had made the process a easy transaction the first time at meeting him at the door and going thru the whole process with ease.
His knowledge of the product and what is needed to do made it very easy for myself and my wife to understand. It was nice to have someone talk to us as a person and not just another number on the list to see. We have had other companies come out and quote but there service has nothing on what Andrew has to offer with his knowledge and great personality and getting the best price for us. It was also nice to have Andrew ask what we wanted and go thru it instead of just shown pictures of the product.  I would also like to say that on the day that Andrew installed the cameras he was very professional attitude with the work he had to do and would also like to mention Kylie for her professional
approach when talking to us with regards to the quote and pleasant  pesonality and have no problem recommending Andrew and Kylie from Pacific Security Group for the service that you they provide.
